Hi!

I wish to know if the "New Custom Field" under "BIN/Warehouse" option can be injected into a custom template?

Right now I am using the "BIN/Warehouse" to instead note operating system (aka: Windows 98, Windows XP etc..) and the Manufacturer Part Number to note "CDROM or DVDROM" for template injection... Course' that looks might strange in the template markup and I'd prefer using "Custom Field" named appropriately to inject the data into the template.

Additionally, I have some custom code (javascript) that is perfectly eBay "ok" that also needs data injection ability so another custom field would be warranted .vs. using fields made for other detail.

Please advise.

Hello,

Unfortunately while you can create new fields here for your own data - the custom template creation system wasn't setup to add Macro's that would be able to use this data. You would be limited to using the fields on the item form where there are existing Macro's available to fill them into the listing template.

Regards,
Chris
