While trying to add UPS calculated shipping I receive a "null" error when prompted to add the account number in the window that pops when trying to add UPS to the shipping profile. UPS doesn't seem to have the answer. I've also paid for a subscription for support but can't find where to chat or a number to call. I'd just like some help so we can open our store. I've been unable to locate the answers through forums and postings. Thanks.
If the issue with adding the UPS account number persists, please email us the number so we can try to store it for you. The most important part of this however is the setting for the field labeled 'UPS Drop Off / Pick Up' as this is what determines the rates that will be charged to your buyers. If you have a daily pickup account and you want to pass that discounted rate on to your buyers, be sure to select that in the UPS account section.
Adding the account number itself isn't really important for the functionality of this, but you should be able to add it if you wish without error - please let us know if you do continue to have trouble storing it.
When you posted this message early this morning it was before the live chat was online - but you should see the option now via the 'help' link in your account, which is also where the phone icon appears to setup live phone assistance.
