I tried to import a csv file to update shipping info. My import failed and the detail said Some of the values you entered were incorrect for these columns:[Item Pkg Size] Please correct them according to the documentation and try your import again.

I already read through the documentation many times and used Thick Envelope/Package (<84” total length + girth) as the value. So why is it not taking?

Hello,

It sounds like you had it setup correctly. Can you email us a copy of the file you were using via the help link in your Vendio account, so we can test it here?

I was able to import/update a different setting

Large Package (>84" and <108"

so luckily this works for me.
