I have paypal standard and also enabled the paypal account optional feature in paypal already. But when customer go thru the payment process, the screen requires paypal account either login to existing one or create a new one. Not sure if this is an integration issue between vendio and paypal or is there other setting that I missed. Any idea how to fix?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to change how this works.
