Hello,
I'm new to Vendio and yesterday I distributed my items to google products through the vendio comparison shopping link. I'm pretty sure I did it right, but they still aren't showing up? Can someone let me know what I need to do?

Hello,

Google was asking to verify and claim the URL for your web-store, and wasn't accepting the items distributed until this was done.
Re-distributing your items usually solves this when it happens, but just to be sure we also claimed and verified your custom URL in Google so the items should be searchable tomorrow.

I'm having the same problem. Items are not showing up in Google. I already tried redistributing the products 2 days ago and today again it shows no items distributed. Please help. Thanks

We have redistributed your items for you, which will hopefully correct the problem. Please allow 24 - 48 hours for the changes to be visible.

I checked your feed, but I am showing that your items were successfully sent to Google Product Search. Are you currently having trouble with this?

Hello,
The feed was disabled by Vendio for using capitalization. I have re titled all of my listings. Can you re- enable the feed please.

Hello,

Google shows your feed currently 'Pending Approval' after last nights submission of the items again. They still seem to think that about 60% of the items are still in all caps, but that may be in the updating process still. If you haven't already, be sure to update the rest of the titles as well so when they start accepting your items again all will be searchable.

Hi again,
I definitely changed all of the tittles to sentence case last week, the feed was re-enabled temporarily but as of my last check, the feed is still disabled. What should I do?

Hello,

Google shows your feed being active and available for search now. I also checked a few items and was able to locate them when doing a Google Product search:

Yes, but under Comparison Shopping on Vendio where I got to manage the distribution, the account is labeled "Disabled by Administrator". Does that matter if I upload new products and try to distribute them?

Hello,

Sorry for the confusion, we removed that wording from the page for you now. You should be fine uploading new items and Google still shows the feed as being accepted without errors.
