I am adding a clearance item category to my vendio store. Unlike our regular items, I want these items to be final sale, no returns.
How can I change select items to reflect a different return policy than the bulk of the store items?
If you are referring to the general "Customer Service & Return Policy" listed under the 'About' tab in your storefront - there really wouldn't be a way to make this change just for a particular item since it's always on that same page.
I would likely revise this from the store wizard to include a note about items in this new category being excluded from your normal policy rules. Perhaps adding a note to the description field of those particular items would also help clarify it further for potential buyers.

Thanks for your reply, Chris.
I did not mean the blurb on the about page, but on each individual item page there is a section where the return policy is reiterated.
Thought I could change that for individual items, like we can on the Vendio listing form for eBay items.
I will use your suggestion, but would still prefer to be able to change the details on the item page.
If this is not possible, is there a way to take the return policy off of the item pages entirely, so that it just appears on the about page? (I looked for a way to do this a while ago, but did not find one.)

Hello Susan,
I do see the box your referring to now. This is actually part of your Custom Listing Text, which is the text that you append to the end of all of your item descriptions. You can edit this from the My Account - Custom Listing Text page.
Unfortunately for this particular section, since it's just automatically added to the end of everything you post, there wouldn't be a way to have a separate text on just some items.
