I've been trying to link up my UPS account, but it doesn't seem to be working properly. When I put in my UPS account number and try to set it up, it just seems to refresh the page with "Error Null" at the top. I've tried this in both Internet Explorer and Firefox on two different computers with the same results.
When you enter your UPS account information into Vendio, the contact information on your UPS account is checked against the contact information in your Vendio account. Please fill in the contact information in your Vendio account, and let us know should you continue to have trouble with this. You may fill in the contact information in your Vendio account by going to "My Vendio" --> "My Account" --> "Account & Billing Info" --> "Contact Information".
