Hi, I was getting Error/Null warning when setting up a shipping profile for my new UPS account. Not sure what went wrong. Please help. Thanks!

Hello Jason,
Go to your My Vendio - My Account page and verify that the details you have entered here for your personal information is correct. UPS does check to confirm the address/phone number is the same as the one in your UPS account during their verification. If what you have listed here is different/incomplete/missing, you may need to update it prior to storing and verifying your UPS account number.

Hi Chris,
Thanks for the quick response. What if I have different addresses (one for pickup and the other for billing) on the UPS account? Which one I should enter for the Vendio My Account personal info?
I actually tried both addresses but still getting Null error. Not sure what else should I consider?

Hello Jason,
Double check the details you have at UPS Vs what is in your Vendio account. I can't say which of your two registered UPS addresses UPS would be looking for, so you will have to try them both - but every time there has been an issue storing the UPS account number it's always come back to this. Be sure the zip code, phone number, all of it matches exactly.
If it persists, let us know what your UPS account number is (you don't have to post it here, just use the help link in your account to send it to us) to test with. The 'Null' error message almost makes it sound more like some type of browser issue, but these UPS account errors have always ended up being a verification problem and that's why we start there.

Hi Chris,
I checked twice and entered my company name then it worked! Not sure if UPS also checked the company name but in Vendio account info it was not required so I didn't enter at the first place. Again, Thanks so much for your help!
