To clarify, it's only down when I try to access it via my domain name. If I try to go to the vendio version (www.vendio.com/stores/storename), it works fine. I purchased the domain name through vendio.

In Firefox, tt says "Server not found." In Internet Explorer, it says "Page cannot be displayed." It's doing that right now, in fact, and I think it has been all afternoon.

Hmm, strangely enough, my wife is able to access the page from home right now when I can't access it at work at the same time.
It could be a specific issue with the ISP your using currently, if their servers are having trouble properly resolving the address.
A site I keep bookmarked just for these issues is called http://www.downforeveryoneorjustme.com - it does just what you'd expect, checks to see if a site isn't coming up because it's having troubles or if it's only a problem locally.
