When trying to setup UPS in 1 of my shipping profiles, I enter my account number from UPS. And I receive a message that says 'error null'
The problem is that when you enter your UPS account information into Vendio, your UPS contact information is checked against the contact information in your Vendio account. Currently there is no contact information stored in your Vendio account. Please enter in this information, and let us know should you continue to have trouble adding your UPS account. You may enter your contact information into Vendio by going to "My Vendio" --> "My Account" --> "Account & Billing Info" --> "Contact Information".
Double check your account details at UPS to be sure the name and address information you have entered here matches what you entered at UPS exactly. If you don't want to use the same address here you can always change it back once you confirm the account.
