Hi ... just wondering if there's any way to customize/personalize the text of the automatic Order Confirmation email Vendio sends out at the time an order is placed. I can't find this info anywhere. Thanks!

Hello,

Yes, if you go to your Preferences > Items page, there is a link to both preview and/or customize the formatting of these automatic emails.

Hi Chris ... I've searched but can't find anything that says Preferences. Where should I look?

Hello,

While your logged into your Vendio account, the 'preferences' link is in the upper right hand corner of most pages. If you don't see it, go to your Orders or Items or Images page and you will see the link.

Oh, fantastic!! Thanks! I don't know why my eyes never went to the upper right area before. There's all kinds of cool stuff in the Preferences section.
