Is there a way to create a coupon that we could send to several people that doesn't required a matching e-mail?

Hello Mari,
Yes, you can create a coupon that doesn't require a matching email. In order to do this please go to "Promotions" --> "Coupons" --> "Create New Coupon" and fill out the form with the settings you would like. For the last setting, be sure to select "Create One Coupon" and leave the buyer email address field blank. Please also be sure that the "Number of times this coupon can be used" field has a high enough number for all of the buyers that might be using it. This will create one coupon code that can be used regardless of the buyer email address.

I tried this, but when I went to use the coupon, I got an error saying "Your email address and the mail address for which the coupon ADTIE1304023 was issued do not match." So it appears to require an email address to use the coupon. Is that correct? I was wanting to print coupons to give to random people that they could use on our website, but if I have to associate an email address with a coupon code, that's not going to work.
Are you sure that you left the email field completely blank when creating the coupon? As long as the email field is left completely blank you should be able to use the coupon regardless of the email address. Please try again, being sure that the email field is completely blank (without even empty spaces being entered) and let us know should you continue to have trouble with this.
