How do I change my background on a pre made store template? Please help!

Hello,

You should be able to change the background of the template by first going to "Stores" --> "Template Editor". Then right-click on the page and select "Replace Backgrounds". Click on the name of the image for the current background, and then you will be given the option to upload your own image to use as the new background. Please let us know should you continue to have trouble with this.
