I'm trying to add a FB box to our page but the code is not working.
I've tried both of these:

Am I missing something when I add a new content and paste this code?

Hello Mari,
I checked your Store, and noticed that there is a Facebook box at the bottom right of the main page that seems to be working correctly. Is there a different Facebook box that you are trying to add? If so, please let us know in more detail exactly where you entered the code, so that we can take a closer look.

Hi Nathan,
It's a different box. I tried substituting the code but when it didn't work I reverted it back to the one you see now (we've had that one for a while) Should I go back in and try the code below and save?

Hello Mari,
That isn't necessary at this point (I was able to see the problem using that section to add the code you referenced in your first message). It looks like you might be using the wrong code for the box. Where exactly did you get the code from? Depending on the type of Facebook box that you are trying to use, you should be able to create the code here:
http://developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins/
Please let us know if that doesn't help.

That is where I got it from. That's why I thought it was strange. Wasn't sure if I was missing a step..

Hello Mari,
Could you please let us know which button you are creating and the options that you are entering in (prior to clicking "Get Code" ) so that we can attempt to create the code and duplicate the problem?

Could you please let me know the URL that you entered into the "Facebook Page URL" box? (It should be the URL for your Facebook page.)

Hello,
Which options are you selecting when you generate the code? I created a box for you and saved it as an optional template (not published) just called new Facebook box. Take a look and see if your using some options that I didn't when creating the code. It's possible only a very specific layout/option is conflicting with the box you have placed this into.
