i setting up my items.when im saving it.error pop out saying need to specify the weight of an item.so i check my shipping profile, then i notice theres no button or place u can spoecify the weight of an item. so in return i cant save my item
In order to do this, please first make sure that the box for "Inventory" is checked for the item on the main "Marketplaces" tab. Then go to the "Item Info" tab and click "Use Calculated Shipping? Add size, weight, and package details" at the bottom of the page to add in this information. Please let us know should you continue to have trouble with this.
