Hi, I'm new to Vendio and I have some questions... I just teamed up w/ a new vendor and I have over 15,000 products to add to my website. All of the images that are given to me are on their FTP server. I am clueless on what I need to do next. I'm assuming I will need to compress some of the images but how do I go about that from the ftp server. I did try to transfer some of the images to my computer but it looks like it will take all day to do that, is there a faster way.

I do have a domain and website through someone else but it is very difficult to add all these products through who I have now, so before I go any further I just want to make sure this is something I'll be able to do easily through Vendio.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks!

Hello,

Unfortunately, it is not possible to upload the images to Vendio using FTP. In order to import the items into Vendio in bulk, you would need to use the .csv import option. Please note that you would need to use the Vendio formatted template in order to do this. You may locate the template and the instructions on how it works by going to "Items" --> "Import Items" --> "CSV File".

Regards,
Nathan
