Shipping charges are multiplying by quantity. I have set up a Fixed shipping rate for Small, Med, Large Flat rate shipping with an additional $3.50 for each additional item order. However, during check out, shipping is being doubled and tripled. Was sure it's always worked fine so, not sure when the feature went bonkers. Please help.
Do you have an order we can reference to test the behavior your reporting?
There are two ways to setup shipping discounts. One is for when people buy more than one of a single item, which you can set from the Shipping Profile itself via the 'Per additional quantity' field.
For shipping discounts on different items in the same cart, those discounts are setup via the Preferences> Orders page.
