Is there a way how I can add a coupon field to my store order form so my customers can enter the number to the gift certificates I created? That way I know who is using their GCs and who is not.

Hello Christal,
Unfortunately, the only way to automatically have a code field during checkout would be if you were using the Vendio created coupons. However, there is a notes field during the checkout process, and you could direct your buyers to enter the code there.
