I would like to know how I can get credited for orders from my vendio store when the people placing the order do not pay. This seems to happen quite frequently and frankly I am getting tired of it. Can some one please help.

Hello,

To request a refund on an item with a non-paying buyer, please use the link below:

https://secure.vendio.com/my/acct/request_refund.html

You will need to be logged into your Vendio account, and we will need the Ref ID number from your statement. You can find this number on your statement next to the item title.
