I want to ship all product via UPS if adress is a physical address in continental US, only if military address or hawaii/alaska/guam/puerto rico will be usps priority. There is no way to pick just a particular area for certain carrier.
so during checkou, after customer fill in address and go to next page, if it is going to military address, only usps shipping shows. if going to new york, only ups ground or 3 day will show.
Unfortunately there is no provision to stop your buyers from choosing a particular shipping method if that method is setup for US based locations. If doing so to cover costs then using a calculated method may be your only way to get a more accurate fee collected based on location.
We have a suggestion logged to enable these types of domestic specific location blocks but no updates are yet available as to if/when this would be built into the tools. (likely when the next major overhaul of the checkout system in general takes place, or when we finally add support for markups on AK/HI for eBay support.)
