Hello,
Is it possible to change my shipping profile only for my vendio store (in "Store info" page) all at once via CSV file or similar without doing it one by one?

Hello,

Unfortunately, no, the only way to change the shipping profile for just one venue is individually on an item by item basis. Bulk changing the shipping profile for an item is simple only when eBay and your Vendio store are going to be using the same values.
