I recently updated quite a few images on my store. Initially, I was re-uploading them and attaching them to the item with their new filename, then deleting the old one, but I decided to see what would happen if I deleted all the images and re-uploaded the new ones (with the same filename). Mostly, it worked out fine. However, a few are being problematic in that they are still showing the old image. If I look at the different versions (auto-generated sizes) of one of the problematic images, most of them are the new version, but a couple are not. For example, I have an image called "ParamountAW1911.jpg". If I view this in My Images, the "Original Size" and "Thumbnail (60x60)" are displaying the old version of the image. All the rest are correct. Unfortunately, these are the two that are displayed in my store, which contrasts with the style of the rest of the items. I have tried deleting and re-uploading the image a couple times, but it hasn't changed anything.

Thank you for writing in. As I understand you have updated images to upload and you are deleting the old images and replacing with the new ones but retaining the file name and a couple of images are still displaying the Old images. If this is so, it could be the server or the browser cache still displaying a cached version of the image. Please clear your cache and cookies and try to view the image.
