New problem. International Priority Mail calculations not working on international orders. the only calculation that appears is Express Mail Int'l. My customers are complaining since Express Mail is so much more than Priority. I went ahead and removed Express Mail from the International ship profile leaving only Priority and nothing gets calculated!. The shipping cost is left blank and customer cannot complete checkout as total shows as N/A. So it's not a Ship Profile problem, it's an internal international mail calculating problem. Please have your engineers check into this and fix the problem. Thank you.

Thank you for writing in. We looked into this issue and it appears that this is related to the USPS service terms and conditions, probably due to the large dimensions of the package.
For example:
On the Item SKU ' Van's RV-12 light Sport Cowl Plug Set' the Shipping Profile used is 'ship 2' with the international carriers set to
USPS Priority Mail Intl
USPS Express Mail Intl
Shipping from USA Montana Zip code: 59925
to Canada postal code
H1M1A1
It turns out in this case the USPS returns the available services as:
'First-Class Package International Service'
'Priority Mail International Large Flat Rate Box'
'Priority Mail Express International'
While the method ‘Priority Mail International’ is not returned as an option for this item.
In this case, looks like you would need to add 'Priority Mail International Large Flat Rate Box' service as international option in the shipping profile.
Whenever a you need to check if a shipping service is available or not for the particular weight range, we recommend that you use the USPS Postage Price Calculator (http://postcalc.usps.com/) to check all available shipping services and check which one of them gets a rate, this can help choose the available shipping options.
