Hi,
Fedex is not showing up as an option for my customers while using Ship3 prodile. I've entered my account# but nothing happens for the customers. Is the Fedex Acc't set up properly? Please advise. Thanks

Thank you for writing in.When you enter in your FedEx account information, your FedEx contact information is checked against your Vendio contact information. Please try entering your contact information into Vendio, and let us know should you continue to have trouble with this. You may enter your contact information into Vendio by going to "My Vendio" --> "My Account" --> "Account & Billing Info" --> "Contact Information".Please let us know if you have any questions.

Hello,
I'm still not getting Fedex as a shipping option under "ship3" setting. I already set up my Fedex Acc't #. I got stuck when it asked for a meter#???. Can you help me with this? please.

Thank you for writing in.Please note we checked your vendio account and noticed that the Fedex account number updated in the Shipping Profile titled ""ship3" is different from the accout numbers updated in all your other shipping profiles.Please ensure you have updated the correct account number.When you enter in your FedEx account information, your FedEx contact information is checked against your Vendio contact information. Please try entering your contact information into Vendio, and let us know should you continue to have trouble with this. You may enter your contact information into Vendio by going to "My Vendio" --> "My Account" --> "Account & Billing Info" --> "Contact Information".Please let us know if you have any questions.

Hi Fritz,
I've checked all you said, all the shipping profiles and made sure the account # was correct and that the contact info was correct. I still do not get Fedex as a shipping option on checkout.Why??.

Thank you for writing in.If you're looking for your FedEx Account Number, log into your account at fedex.com. Then click on the “Account Management” tab on the left-most menu. Your account will usually have the alias “My Account,” which will have your Account Number in the middle field of the table.

I contacted Fedex. I got a TEST Account# 510087780 and a Test Meter# 119118178
I entered this info under New Fedex Account
for test and nothing. What can you do on your end. Anything?

Hello,
Thank you for writing in.Please note if you do not have a Fedex meter number then you would need to either;
> Contact FedEx and get a FedEx meter number.
> Not enter in your FedEx account information and instead use the default FedEx rates.
The only reason for entering your FedEx information into Vendio is if you are getting custom negotiated rates with FedEx. If you are getting custom negotiated rates with FedEx then you should have a FedEx meter number. If you are not getting custom negotiated rates with FedEx then you can avoid entering in your FedEx account information and the default FedEx rates will be used.

Fritz,
I'm not getting Fedex to work either with or without my account info. I'm pulling my hair out on this one.
Eventhough I have Fedex as an option on "Ship 3" for my customers, it's not appearing on checkout page. The regular rates don't show up!! Does not work!How do we solve this????

One example is "Fairchild Inlet Plug Set (1 set)" or "Cessna 172 Skyhawk SP Cowl plug Set (1998 & up)"
These are only 2 examples from over 20 items listed. Thanks

It looks like the old FedEx accounts that are in your Vendio account might be part of the problem here. Are you using those accounts with Vendio? Is it okay if our engineers delete the old FedEx account setups from your Vendio account? Thank you for your patience!
