We have received reports from a number of customers who are having trouble revising their live auctions launched through our system. We are investigating this problem, but it appears to affect any auction that is launched using complex html in the description field whether through our system or not.
Here are some suggestions for potential workarounds:
1. Wait 2 - 3 minutes before clicking the "submit" button to save changes to the revision form.
2. Use a browser other than Internet Explorer. Netscape and Opera seem do not seem to be affected by this problem to the same degree as Internet Explorer.
3. Be sure that if you have html entered in your description field or default text it is entered correctly, with no missing "tags" and with no javascript.
We hope that one of these suggestions will help alleviate this frustrating problem.
