Can anybody tell me what this is (and what you think it's worth)? It's marked GERMANY up the side. Have been told it's something to do with silkscreening but not really clear. Thanks for any help. notrump7

Hmmmmmm....
not sure,,, but looks like something that would be used with an old printing press... either as an inker or a blotter.. it would have a piece of chamis or something similar wrapped areound the bottom..
