I need the Bailey Boarding House to complete my "It's a Wonderful Life" village. This village is by Cape Craftsmen - NOT Target. Any leads would be appreciated!

I too am looking for the Bailey Boarding House, as well as the Skating Pond. I'm beginning to wonder if they ever made the Boarding House. I've never really seen it.

I have never seen the Boarding House either. I know it exists because I called the CC and they gave me a complete list of buildings and accessories. The skating pond is actually called Bedford Falls City Park. It is up on e-bay right now.
