I need a replacement shade for one of these lamps. it measures 8" by 3". does not have to match the one shown, just needs to fit.

I've had good luck finding replacement glass shades at lamp repair stores & electrical supply stores (I seem to break them a lot! lol). There are also Aladdin lamp parts that might fit your lamp at: http://www.oillampman.com/Page12.html
Unfortunately, these don't seem to be decorated.
Also, very often these types of hurricane shades appear on eBay.

I have no idea what she charges, but her things look nice (I am in no way affiliated with this business, but with my proclivity for breaking glass shades etc., I expect I'll soon have spent enough with her to own it! lol).
