A few years ago Plaid Industries put out a product developed by Carol Vonesh and Cindy Horsley of South Florida. This product made bisque like florals from silk flowers and I can no longer find the product.
Does anyone know how these ladies can be reached? I contacted Plaid and they said they had no information to give me. I would love to contact them, can anyone help?
