ok i had one of these when i was younger but of course i had one of those moms who sold EVERYTHING at a yard sale one year for liek a dime a piece!!! grrr @ her. anyway its a hello kitty flower maker from around the middle or late 80s. it had tissue paper flower cut outs and you layered them and put them in this lil thing that looking kind of like a button maker. you pushed the top down and the "flower" was fastened in the middle with some kind of plastic bead. thats as good as i can describe it. if you have any idea or have one or see one please let me know!!!
