I am looking for old doll clothes patterns. The ones I am looking for need to be before the year 1960. If you have anything like that, (or your grandma does), email me and lets make a deal. Patterns need to be complete with all pieces and instructions. No newspaper or magazine patterns...just the standard pattern companies, i.e., Butterick, Simplicity, McCalls, Standard, Superior, Hollywood...if you don't know how to tell if its complete, let me know and I will tell [email protected]

I have a large box of doll patterns that my grandma had. I got them when she passed away. I even have patterns for dolls that she had with them. I would have to look through them to see how many were the clothes and how many were the dolls. But I know there are patterns for popeye, olive oil, and sweetpea. Then there are patterns for clothes simplicity (16" doll clothes pattern cost .35!), Parade, and Let's Sew?
I don't know what any of that means....
Anyway let me know if that is what you are looking for and what they are worth??? I hav no idea.
Thanks so much for your email! You are the first one that I have received a response from....I had almost given up hope. If you could give me an idea of how many patterns you have (including the doll ones) I could probably give you and idea of cost......if you have a scanner, perhaps you could scan them for me? If not, don't worry over it. You could probably just sort them by pattern companies and tell me how many from each company that you have and any other details you may have. I am not familiar with Parade or Let's Sew, so you would have to tell me a little bit more about them. I realize that things like this can take time, so I thank you in advance for your troubles...and once again, THANKS for your email! As soon as you get back to me, I will get a response to you.....
