Hello,
I, for one, am irritated with ebays new Checkout feature as it is being used instead of customers replying to my AW EOA email. Would it be posible to insert in the "Checkout Instructions & Return Policy" area the link to my AW form that is sent in my EOA notice? Could this be an option that we could just select as a default for "Checkout" in our AW preferences?
Not all of my customers fill out the EOA form from AW but, they get the info they need and email me with the info I need. This ebays "Checkout" form is causing me much more work. If the customer had a link to my AW info. right there in the "Checkout" I think it might cut down on a lot of the extra emails.
Just a thought...
