I have tried to figure out how to post an item on your site. Your help suggestions were no help when I emailed your before. I am just learning how to scan picture and put put them as an attachment to email. What is the easiest and fastest way to get this information to your sites. Hi JOe,
I understand that you are new to our services, so here is a quick tour.
Click on AUCTION MANAGER link on top of the page, then on the link CreateListing on the second tier. A new page opens, where you may select the venue (e.g.Amazon), then after clicking Continue a new page is presented. Here you are requested to enter information related to your auction: title, description, pictures attached, couter, shipping, payment (they must be straightforward!). When all is done, click on Preview button (either local or Site). If the listing contains an error, this will be signaled at this point. If all goes well, then you may click on Launch (immediately) or Schedule (you will also have to select a date and time).
Regarding images, from Auction Manager page, click on Manage Images link on second tier. From the new page you can upload images to use for your auctions. Just click on the Browse button, and point to the image file you want to upload. Multiple uploads are possible, as there are several upload fields. When you click Upload, the images are sent from your computer to our site. Note that you cannot upload images which are larger then 350k (file size!), and only some image types are recognized (consult the page).
Notice that you may launch auction only to the venues where you have registered as a seller (this information is verified at launch time).
