Every time I use the postsale feedback option
and click the number 7 section to submit feedback, there is no change in the feedback for the buyer on Ebay.
The number turns blue and if I try again, I get a response of only one feedback allowed per auction.
I emailed Auctionwatch but after the one response where they interpreted that it was intermittent, I replied that it was happening every time and tried to get an update over the last few weeks with no response.
