Thanks for including a direct link to Announcements for us yesterday. That was a pleasant surprise that is useful.

When I signed off at 9:00 pm EST last night, I didn't see anything about your scheduled outage.

When I did (attempt to) log on this morning, the display message said 2:30. Which lasted until 5:30. Yet, the Announcement said 4:00.

So, which is/was it?

And then, what happened later today?

Think about it: Between today's outages and the one(s) on Christmas, you've been down almost 6% of the time during the past two weeks.

That really doesn't cut it - and you know it!

It's a shame there are no "service level agreements" with your customer base. But then what are >we< supposed to do when our customers are trying to get to your site and can't?

They contact us - and some of the e-mails I've received are not pleasant. Some are at the point where they won't conduct business with me in the future. That is very NOT good.

If you are going to be down, please announce it in advance, with an adequate spread of how long you plan on being "off the air." If you come back early, great!

And what is with all of these <<br>> html codes whenever we edit these posts?

What amazes me is AW's use of terms. There is no such thing as "down for maintenance". Either maintenance is scheduled, or they are down for REPAIRS.
