i just want to say that i'm not as active listing as i'd like to be but i do list on a fairly regular basis..and in my opinion, i've always had great CS and basically a good experience with AW...
this is not to say the complaints are wrong...i don't know about that... i can only say what i experience and i did work for a computer company and i do know that sometimes there are glitches....

Well, I came here to say the same thing and find that you already said it. Auctionwatch- I think you somehow need some better press. AW is seldom mentioned in ebay threads when a support question arises. If it is mentioned, someone comes along and says it is expensive and not very good. This burns me, but it doesn't help much to argue. Anyway, little by little, I used more and more of your features and now find I can't operate without them. The frosting on the cake is the recent timely addition of getting my statements downloaded to a spread sheet.

I third the motion. I have a couple of issues (very minor) not worth worrying about, but overall I am very pleased with this service. My auctions look so much better, listing is fast and easy and most important of all-THE PHOTOS LOAD QUICKLY ON THE AUCTIONS!!! I can't say enough about the photo loading speed. When I was with Andale it took forever to load the photos on my auctions-with AW they load quickly. Nothing is more irritating to a buyer than to have to sit and wait for the photos to load. AW doesn't have this problem and I appreciate it more than I can say.

Help!
I have NO experience in placing auctions and do to my limited computer knowledge, find the ebay process cumbersome and confussing.
Am I correct in understanding auction watch will make this process easier and more efficient. How does it work exactly. Do I have an auction template where I simply change the picture choice and description, place the auction, then auction watch invoices the customer?
