Has anyone else been double billed by AuctionWatch? I am currently looking at my statement and there are two posts for a total of over $45.00. I should only be at the $29.99 rate. I have sent AuctionWatch 4 emails so far and they have chosen not to respond to these. I am new to AuctionWatch,l and so far other than this I am fairly pleased.

Hello lylecherner,

I have checked your statement, and I'm not sure why two pro-rated subscription fees were applied. I will need to check with our billing department on this. Normally, the first month you receive two charges - one the pro-rated charge for the remainder of the billing cycle, then a full subscription fee charge on the last day of your billing cycle (which covers the upcoming month.) In your case, there are two pro-rated charges, which is odd. I will post back as soon as I find out what is going on.

BTW - I checked our email queue and do not find any emails from the email address you have on file. There may be a problem with your email provider, unless you have used a different email address.

Hi again,

I have heard back from our billing department, and it looks like what happened is that you signed up for the Premium plan, and received the pro-rated subscription charge. You then downgraded your account to the Standard plan, and at some point you changed your mind and signed up again for the Premium plan, and thus received another pro-rated charge.

I did this with the advise of AuctionWatch. All my images were too big so without using any Auctionwatch tools, I went to the standard plan until I used up the larger images. I was advised that when I returned then, and only then would I begin to get charged. Either way, there should not be double charges. Are these being fixed?

Checking the onliine statement, this HAS NOT been fixed yet. My billing date is 2/8, so it is getting close. I should only be responsbile for the $17.39, not the $28.02, and certainly not both.

Hello lylecherner,

We will process the refund request for you - this will negate the $17.39 charge.

Thanks,

Diana
