We lost one days emails on Feb 5 2002. All the emails showed up late on the 6th. Our customers are not happy about this . Is there a problem that has been resolved?

There was a technical issue that was resolved, which would have resulted in the problem you have outlined.
If you click the Announcements link on the bottom of the page, you will see the announcement titled "Mailstep service interruption" - we use the Announcements page to keep you up-to-date with technical problems, etc.
