I can't get on because I get this error message "Run Time error "429" Active X component can't be read. This has been for the past two days. I have items to get on ebay and am unable to do so through Auction Watch. What is going on?

Hello,

Runtime error 429 is generally due to a bad installation of the software. We recommend that you uninstall Auction Manager Pro using the Add/Remove Programs wizard in Windows. Your data should stay intact even after uninstalling, but you may want to save your batches and images folders and the inv.dat file (located in the data folder) to a different location on your hard drive in case something goes wrong.

Once you have uninstalled the program, you should download a fresh install kit, located here: http://www.auctionwatch.com/my/client/

Reinstall the program, making absolutely certain that all applications are closed (check the icons in your Windows toolbar on the lower righthand side.) If you still experience this problem after taking these steps, please let us know. Good luck!
