Now that I have been using AM Pro for a couple months, I have a few suggestions that I would really like to see happen. Perhaps a few of these things are already in the software, but I wasn't able to find them if they were.
1. Have an option to make insurance optional.
2. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE support multiple auction winners in checkout.
3. List the shipping preference on the printed invoice/packing slip (all that is listed is a price which is tricky for those of us who use different shipping structures for different types of items).
4. On the post sale website pages the maximum amount of lines you can view is 50. This is a real pain when it comes to marking payments received that span over many pages (for those of us who do hundereds of auctions at a time). There really should be an "ALL" option instead of capping it at 50.
5. Perhaps there is some way to get the auction info to be sent to PayPal when they click the link? All to often I am getting PayPal payments that make no mention of what they are paying for. These payment are originating from people clicking the paypal link in the checkout page. When I get a few non-descriptive paypal payments it isn't easy to find them on the post sale page especially when I can only look at 50 at a time.
Hopefully some or all of these things can be introduced in a future update.

Hi Yakooman,
I will pass these suggestions along to Product Development. Regarding multiple winners in checkout -- this is going to be introduced to our services very soon. We recently performed some site maintenance that will allow for this change. Regarding listing a shipping preference on the packing slip, if your winners are selecting that shipping preference in the WBN, then when you print out the packing slip it will show the type of shipping they chose plus how much it will be.

I must be missing something then. The checkout from the WBN is completely filled out including the shipping preference. But when I print the invoice from the post sale section all it lists under the subtotal is "Shipping & Handling" with the amount. No mention of what kind of shipping it is.
Is there another place I should be printing a different packing list/invoice at?
