Christopher, I'm posting a comment from a winner here (as opposed to the AM forum) and I really hope that someone follows-up.

Here is what a buyer included in the WBN for which two auctions were combined.

Yes, he thought that $5.00 was being charged for each of his books, even though my auctions all say that $5.00 for the first and $0.50 for each additional book.
You need to show - on that page - that a discount is going to be applied to the additional items.
At this point I don't care how you phrase it (I'll regret saying that later), but it has to be clear to the people who are filling in the form that they are NOT going to be charged twice!
