I realize that things happen but find your restitution plan to be laughable. Within moments of the outage I received an email from one of your competitors offering me more than your restitution to try them out. Obviously my business is worth more to them than to you. I won't bother going on a tirade about what happened but will simply say this I weaned many of my auctions away from AW at the time you were having latency issues and recently began to bring them back I'll say no more. I haven't calculated my actual losses and will never bother to but find the ridiculous announcement prominently displayed as salt being rubbed into a wound. I realize your position but think you should go back to the drawing board with that one. this will be my only post regarding this subject and I really don't expect nor desire a reply.

Dave....I understand your frusturation...I have outgrown them...SIMPLE...they are not able to maintian our base of 5000 images...slows the auction manager pro down to a snails pace and OF COURSE CRASHES...we were running as many as 1500 auctions a week and as we grew...we out grew their capabilites apparently...GOOD LUCK TO YOU...WE ARE REVAMPING...AND WILL MOVE FORWARD!!!
