Many buyers with AOL email account doesnt receive my Checkout(WBN) form, reason could be AOL is blocking emails as junk mails or
auctionwatch.com is not sending WBN emails, another problem (AOL & others) buyers have outdated email address on eBay account.
95% of my sales are buy-it-now on eBay,
like other auctionwatch sellers I experience the same problem, listings doesnt move from Active to Post Management to trigger WBN (your solution may be mailstep then I will loose all eBay communication to my regular email address which I track)
Channeladvisor.com , auctionworks.com, andale.com , Paypal.com all have CHECKOUT buttons which can be inserted into item description, after auction buyers can checkout immediately instead of waiting for WBN and never received or delayed receipt which could be a lost sale, CHECKOUT button should solve all the above mentioned WBN problems, I dont know why auctionwatch.com never thought about this idea, I have seen many Auctionwatch sellers complaing about Buy-It-Now and delayed WBN problem, CHECKOUT button should fix this problem.
