I have noticed that the WBN is not promptly being sent. For example, I had an auction close with eBy's BIN at 15:36 today. Yet, the auction was not listed as being closed or in post sale at 17:41. However, eBay sent winning notice at 15:39. AWs WBN went out at 17:41. What's the problem? This has not been the first time for this problem.

When an auction ends with Buy It Now, there can be some latency from the time it closes to the time the WBN goes out. We have a feature avaialble called Mailstep that can help to eliminate the latency. To learn more about it please visit the following URL:
If you choose not to use mailstep, logging into your account daily and refreshing your active list at least once can update your auctions in your account.
