I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for providing this excellent product suite. This is by far the best Auction Mgmt. Software currently available. I have researched so many other products out there: Channel Advisor, Zoovy, Auction Works, Andale', etc... This is the only product that effectively manages both pre-sale, and post sale processes within the Auction Sales environment. Specifically I am referring to customer communications (e.g. email). How can an Auction Mgmt. Product truly call themselves a total package if they don't manage email communications??? You guys do with your Customer Mgr., and so far, I have not found anyone else who does.
I am brand new, and just getting started. My experience, (while limited), has so far been a pleasure. Of course, as with anything, there is always room for improvement. Here is my current list of enhancement requests:
1. Sorting capability: In both Sales/Customer Manager, it doesn't seem like you can sort many columns. Is there something I am missing? If not, I would like to see a dramatic increase in the number of columns that can be sorted. Also, Filtering capabilities.
2. Notes Indicator: It would be nice if when you write a note for an email message, that if you come back to that message, an indicator will tell you that a note is available for viewing.
3. Recurring every hour: It would be nice to schedule recurring auctions by the hour as opposed to only daily. I could not find a way to do this, but please let me know if I am missing something.
4. FedEx Support: I see you support UPS and USPS, but what about FedEx? They have a Quick Ship application, and online utility that supports imports. Maybe the .csv export will suffice. I'll give it a try.
5. Multiple users and Permissions: Any plans on offering Multi-User support and restricted access functionality? That would be very nice.
That is all I have for now. Once again, thank you for such a great product. Keep up the good work. Please let me know if there is a Beta Testing program that is available for enrollment.

Additionally, thank you for your suggestions on our products. Many of the improvements to our systems are based on customer feedback, and I have passed your comments along to our Product Development department for evaluation.
