OK, I may be the only one who does it, but its annoying. <p>When an auction ends, I can't tell you how many times I've hit the "paid" button instead of the WBN button. I know the WBN can be sent automatically, but in the past, too many buyers were telling me they didn't get it...at least doing it manually I know they were sent.....Can Vendio please move the button towards the end of the line-up?

I've always sent automated WBNs - yes, there are some that "claim" they did not receive them....BUT... these are the same people that respond only to the WBN Reminders! So I feel they actually did get the automated WBN but are just not being truthful about themselves dragging their feet to respond.
Granted, some people have their mail programs so tight to repel SPAM and what have you, that no matter what or how you sent them something they would never receive it... realistically, that's not my problem - they do seem to react when they get the Non-Paying Bidder Alert through eBay.
I don't spend my time worrying about it anymore. They either get the automated one, or they get the reminder, or they get the NPBA. Either way, all of my customers love the quick response from me!
