First off, this is still the best product, and greatest deal when it comes to auction management software hands-down!
Six things that would make my life a lot easier would be:
1. In Customer Manager, I would like to be able to select messages, and mark them as read or unread. Currently, you have to click on each message to mark it as read, and there is no way to mark it as unread.
2. Expanded Private Auction Support. Currently, your Sales Manager Inventory and Customer features are hindered when it comes to Private Auctions. Inventory doesn't update, and neither does the "Customers" information. It would seem that a simple fix for the "Customers" section would be that when the customer completes checkout, that the application populates that information for the corresponding customer in the "Customers" section, like it does with the Post Sale info. This will keep me from having to copy and paste the info all of the time.
3. In Customer Manager, you can go to "sent messages", open a message, and still reply to that message (Reply or Cancel Buttons). However, in Sales Manager, for a particular transaction, when I click on "customer history" > "communications" > and open a previous message, I don't have the ability to Reply (only a Cancel Button). If I am enrolled in Customer Manager, then it would be great if I could Reply to messages accessed from Sales Manager using the steps I mentioned.
4. More Sort and Search Options Please! In Sales Manager, it would be nice if practically every relevant column was sortable, including the "Keys" column. Also, I would like to be able to search at least the customer name, address, etc... in Sales Manager, and also be able to search the body of emails in Customer Manager.
5. It would be nice to be able to export Sales History without archiving first.

I will forward these suggestions over to Product Development for review. Regarding Private Auctions -- because this information is hidden we are not able to grab it which is why it doesn't update in inventory or in Customer Manager.

I have tried other companies too and I am very impressed with Vendio!
I would really like to see a radial button installed in the checkout process, near shipping. The radial button would simply choose residential or business address.
This would save between $1-$3 on some shipping charges.
I know almost everybody would agree this would be a nice addition and not to much work for the good people at Vendio to add.
Also, I assume it is a contract/money issue why there is no FedEX calculator at checkout like there is USPS and UPS.
Sure would like to see that integrated as well. I mean you can track your shipments via FedEx on Vendio?

I love this program!!
I still have alot of things to learn but I also think the button on check out would work great . (business or residence)
Also it would be great to have all the ebay charges on the post sale page . That way you do not have to go to your account at ebay.

Any updates on any of these requests? In addition, we are looking for Reporting features, FedEx support, many more sorting and searching capabilities, Blocked Bidders support, 2nd chance offer support, Immediate payment option support, etc...
By far the simplist request we have ever made is to add a "Select/Deselect All" button on the "Export Shipping" page of Sales Manager. To this day, this has not been integrated. Not to mention any of our other previous requests.
