I honestly think that there are so many new features being added but no improvements on the current tools available. I've been hoping and waiting for a new version of the off line software with a real automated inventory feature rather than manual. I was so upset when I first started with Vendio and input all of my info into the software and then had a support rep tell me that I had to handle the inventory manually with the off-line software. I wasted hours of work.
I also wish that support questions were handled more seriously. Most of the responses I have received have been: "we will have to forward this on to the technical team" and then I never get another response back... it's very frustrating.
