Just got my first statement for my first month---charged me $4.95 extra for a Bronze
plan which is supposed to be included in the $29.95 Sales Manager plan I am on. Replied to this by email.
Now I am up an running and am waiting for my first contact by a CUSTOMER after a week.
Still no word from the Domain/web hosting people---see my rant on that subject.
Please note that billing issues are not handled via the message boards. If you have a question that is related to billing, please use our Contact Us form and select Billing from the drop-down menu.
As for the Store charge, you will see a line item on your statement with a zero charge amount. Please email us to let us know if that is not the case.
