I love Vendio so far, but the organization tools could be tweaked. It would be nice to have sub-categories in the store. I have used another service that had this option and it was wonderful. It keeps the category list from getting to long and makes searching easier for customers. Also the photo storage should have some type of organizational folders. The more organized a seller is, the more they can list and sell.

I agree! I will give the Sonya name its due. The reply's that I have received from this name have been correct.
My problem with the Vendio organization is their webb site hosting. In May, I registered indianjewelrydistrict.com with Vendio. After numerous request's for password verification, so that I can get into and construct my site, I requested that they refund my Ten (10) fees and cancel my request for this site. I have left three different email addresses for a reply. The only reply they will send is their own customer manager site. When they do reply, the message does not include password verification....
